April 23 at 8:57pm · I stopped by Triplehorn last night for a couple of pints with my buddy. I hadn't had dinner yet, so I figured I should probably eat something before getting started. I ordered the bean and cheese burrito. Eating the burrito was nothing short of euphoric. That was enough to fill me up. I wanted to eat another so I ordered one for a snack the next day. As it was siting there, I thought "well maybe just a few bites" and down the hatch it went. I couldn't help it. I used to think going to Triplehorn was worth the trip for the beer, and it is, but now it'll be a trip to visit The Vet Chef and wash it down with a tasty pint.
